While the Twitch App is better at allowing you to maintain a modpack, it is not ideal when you have a large modpack and lots of players who only need what got updated and not all the mods again. The solution is a Technic Solder server which can be hard as nails to install. This guide alleviates 95% of the headache. It is going on 3 years old now and lots of new headaches are beginning to creep in because Technic Solder is advancing and I don't do Technic Solder any longer.
