Friendly female, bout a year old. Humane Society Officer said she is about a year old in good health. No chip. Teeth clean, eyes healthy. Responds to commands but very afraid. 1-2 weeks starvation/dehydration.
She drank a gallon of water at the gate. 2 bowels of food. 2 more about 6 hrs later.
