Yeah, my husband says that freezing fruit helps reduce his allergy symptoms a little. However, it can’t completely eliminate the allergens. I don’t have any allergies to fruit, so I feel sorry for him 😭🍎🫐. We don’t use any pesticides. It’s not an easy process until we harvest them, but we enjoy eating them!
