I've wanted to try chicken adobo for many years, but I still haven't been able to find authentic Filipino food in my area. Your photos definitely made me hungry!! I have some chicken drumsticks in my fridge, but I don't think I could make a dish like this. Once I get to taste the real thing, maybe I'll be able to try making it myself someday!
