Rape is a crime that should be taken very seriously irrespective of the gender that was raped or the gender of the rapist,,i have witnessed a court case concerning a

guy that was raped in the college and yeah the court took the case seriously and the rapist who happened to

be a young lady in her 20’s was found guilty after she drugged the guy and raped him,she was sentenced to ten years in prison and so i am certain than such cases would be taken seriously by any sane court....
