Yeah steem price can still reach 3$ if bitcoin prices keeps appreciating and increasing because most

cryptocurrencies will move up only when bitcoin price moves up too and vice-versa,i believe that bitcoin price

will move up on the long term and when that happens then of course steem price will rise higher and can even reach 3$ and above...
