Let me give you a simple and direct answer...
The sun, at any one time, sparkles for one portion of the Earth, while alternate encounters night.
So when you're encountering morning, another person is encountering late evening, early afternoon, early night or late night.
As such, 3pm for you, is 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm and so on for another person, at the very same 'time' as far
as where the sun is with respect to every particular individual, at every particular area.
In the event that we as a whole chipped away in the meantime, at that point it would be somewhat odd to
state that it's late morning for everybody, while half of the Earth (or near), is sound sleeping.
