Today I'll share with you a picture I took a few years ago. I just got my (then) new Canon EOS 400D and a friend and I started to do some random experiments. At one stage we ended up buying a reverse-ring, wich allows to mount a lens in the opposite direction as normal to a body. This allows one to take extreme macro-pictures with a normal lens. The downside is however, that the focal point is extremely hard to hit and that a lot of light is required.
With this said, here is what sugar-crystals look like:
