Yeah, @belemo. This'll be my first novel. I've been trying to write this thing for years. Originally, it was suppose to be a graphic novel but @lovejoy convinced me a novel was a better approach. I'm closing in on 10K words now, and I'm planning for 60K - 70K. In a weird twist of irony, I don't think I would have gotten this far without the COVID-19 quarantine.

The biggest obstacle for me has been to just sit in front of the damn screen and actually write. I "think" about this book at the time but I recently watched a YouTube video on writing that said, "...thinking is not writing.". A few posts ago, I shared my writing set up and you should take a look at that. It's not for everyone, I'm sure, but for me, this is as close as you can get to a digital typewriter. It removes all the distractions from a network connected computer, which has been the biggest problem for me over the years. I'll link below.
