That is Valladolid, a nice city in the center north of Spain, the river is the Pisuerga River, and you can see the city center and the Plaza de toros (Bullfighting Arena).
I took it with my ipone 4S two years ago, unluckily the image moves a little to much, but anyhow the views are great.
