koinbot은 그동안 Author Reward*30%를 1/n로 나눠서 돌려 드리고 있었습니다.
보팅을 많이 해주신 분들의 도움으로, 뉴비들에게 나누고 싶었습니다.
하지만, 현실은 자유경제를 따라 갈 수 밖에 없는 것 같습니다..
이를 악용하는 사례가 발생하여,
앞으로는 보팅 Weight 에따라 Author Reward의 일정 부분을 돌려 드리도록 하겠습니다.

수정전 : 0.02%를 보팅해주신 분과, 100% 보팅을 해주신 분이 동일한 양의 SBD를 받았습니다.
수정후 : voting weight에 따라 SBD 지급양이 달라 집니다.
Before : 0.02% voter and 100% voter received the same amount of SBD.
After: The amount of SBD payment depends on voting weight.
