I remember about 4 years back when we were flying to Bangkok, Thailand we had to stay in Bangkok city just the one afternoon and night till we got our connecting flight to Koh Samui Island the next day so we booked the Riviera Hotel not far from the Bangkok airport it was late afternoon when we had arrived at our hotel and I remembered it been hot and humid but arriving at the Riviera Hotel suddenly made me feel better looking at this beautiful fresh man made lake surrounding the hotel with a beautiful tropical manicured gardens we felt like we were on Koh Samui Island already.
All the hotels around the area I noticed while driving to the Riviera Hotel seem to have that tropical look and driving down the driveway of The Riviera Hotel, I was already imagining a amazing sunset over the lake coming on, we checked in relaxed a little had a cool drink, then took a walk around the lake, it was the perfect clouds in the sky to make it a most stunning sunset the reflection of the hotel and the tropical palm trees reflecting into the lake just made the whole frame outstanding. They certainly build everything nice with a lot of open space just the way I like it.
