@barbara-orenya and this week begins the hunt for letter "N" so follow us down the aisles and see what we can find starting with the letter "N" honestly this reminds me of the little games we use to play as kids , i spy with my little eye i am sure we have all played this game at some stage of our childhood life anyway lets move on.
@alphabethunt contest run by @barbara-orenya and this week begins the hunt for letter "N" so follow us down the aisles and see what we can find starting with the letter "N" honestly this reminds me of the little games we use to play as kids , i spy with my little eye i am sure we have all played this game at some stage of our childhood life anyway lets move on.Let us begin this hunt for letter "N" with the Navel Orange you may wonder why it is called a Navel Orange well you may have noticed that on the on the outside of this fruit there is an indentation that looks like a human navel thus it got the name Navel Orange and we all know that Navel Orange's are one of the healthiest fruits you can eat filled with Vitamin C, potassium , fiber and low in calories and help in protecting you from heart disease, diabetes, cancer and many more benefits.

The Nectarine which is very similar to a peach actually it's in the peach family is one of my favorite fruits they have a beautiful smooth skin and are a cross between a peach and a plum is why they are so juicy and sweet it's a low in calorie fruit and rich in fiber and contains lots of vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium.

The Nashi Pear is a very crispy fruit similar bite to a apple only it has a delicious flavor like a pear and is a great thirst quencher as it a very watery fruit. The Nashi Pear contains many vitamins and minerals including vitamin K and copper which are essential for bone and blood health.

Nuts well we can talk about the many kind of nuts in this world till the cows come home i am meaning the eatable nuts....hehe...we all know that nuts are good for us health wise packed with many vitamins including high in fibers , antioxidants and proteins. To put it simply Neep is short for turnip but some how in the North of England and Scotland this vegetable became know as the Neep why , well to clear it up more Neep is a dish of diced or mashed turnips thus it became known as a Neep.

Napa or Napa cabbage is a type of Chinese cabbage that originated from China this Napa cabbage is widely used in many East Asian cuisine but today this Napa cabbage has been introduced wildly to Europe , Americas and Australia. Rich in vitamin C which helps in fighting body infection and rich in vitamin K , which helps in aiding good strong healthy bones.
