I enjoy looking at old aged wood in the forest trying to imagine how many years it has been on this planet and how many seasons has it gone through yet it might look like a dead piece of wood to us it is still here standing surviving and if this stump could talk it would have many interesting stories to tell.
It seems the more wood ages the more character it develops the textures in these old stumps is amazing just like a canvas painting mother nature can really be a perfectionist.
Walking through a forest can really make you realize these stumps have weathered it out for years and they are still here standing so it does put some positive feeling into you that no matter what we will ride this out and come back even stronger.
