As my desk and chair started to create an awful ache under my left shoulder blade, I woke up this morning and said, "I'm going to fix this problem."

Solution:

  • 4' entertainment center to hold all the essential gear
  • 1.5' stand for extended monitor / USB G Track Pro mic and lamp
    • 1 Clamp to hold the stand in place
  • 2.5' Board to create extra workspace off of the stand
  • 1x 5lb/1x 2.5lb weight for center balancing
  • 1x 2.5lb weight to counterbalance the monitor and sit under the lamp
  • 1 Box of my business card to set my USB G track Pro on so it will be closer to my face.

I have a few lighting lamps and then a photo of my twin boys on the wall =D

Here is the result

I purchase a Samson Spider Sp01 Shock mount for my heavy-duty/fat G Track Pro and boomstand (arriving in a week) which will eliminate the use of having to balance the mic on a box of business card 馃ぃ

Thanks for checking out my shifty workstation
