If you want to hear a related side rant, I have one for you. About a month ago, I was at a KFC and when I got the order they had given me a cole slaw instead of a mashed potato. When telling them of their mistake, they did something similar by apologizing and correcting it. The part that got me was waste on their part. They took back the container and immediately threw it in the trash! I kept thinking well if you were just going to throw it away, you could have at least asked if I wanted it. Haha!
