There are two options :) either it will give new succulents or it dries :) it is recommended to leave several leaves, then the stump will surely give new sockets;)

flower stalks are laid in advance :) where they grew it was good for them and they decided to bloom. If the current conditions do not like the succulents, they can always dry their flower stalks.
