INTANGIBLE

IMG_20171230_143847-01.jpeg

I am just an ordinary tiny gal
With vast dreams and a big heart.
My life is simple and fun,
Which made me think that I don’t need a man.
And then I saw a guy in the corridor
Who walked straight in our office door
He introduced himself at the front
And the girls oozed like he’s a heaven sent

I stared, and then our eyes met
And he smiled a hundred percent
I smiled back at him too
And no sparks happened between us two
No mainstream bumping happened
No talks not even a bit were shared
Meeting of gaze never occurred
Even though, we see each other quite often

And then one day I punched a smug face of a man
For he touched my butt with his left hand
I was about to kick the guy’s balls
But I saw a familiar built almost running like a bull
My face turned red as a beet
When he grabbed me towards him with a beat
My whole body instantly shivered
While he gave the guy a deathly glare

The guy backed out and walked away
Minute passed, yet his hand is tightly wrapped around me
I coughed in an attempt to release me
Though the reason was I breathe abnormally
He said ‘Sorry’ and I replied ‘It’s okay’.
Though my knees are shaky and unsteady
I really don’t know what happened on that day
That made my heart beats with a high velocity

From strangers to friends
We kept hanging all day every weekend
Until one day, he confessed and asked for my love
I wanted to shout, YES, but I need to be on guard
So, I told him that I’ll think about it,
And he smiled and said, ‘I’ll wait.’
Words and actions are shown for almost a year
And my family said that he’s a gentle chevalier

Different font styles and sizes of Yes are in my head
And I couldn’t wait to tell him in a rapid
I was really overwhelmed with joy
That made me giggled and said, ‘Oh dear boy!’
So I asked him to have a dinner tonight
But he passed for the very first time
He then said he still has work overnight
Left me wondering what the boss gave on Friday night

Going to his pad was the only thing on my mind
For I cannot wait for a nother time
Saying YES in front of my man
Is my priority on that nighttime
I hurriedly pressed the doorbell
And it was ringing as loud as hell
But, no one opened the door
So I welcomed myself as I enter the wormhole

Trembling muscles occurred immediately
A two familiar scent was fencing on my nasal cavity
Then I recognized a soft moaning voice
For I was with her while playing our two favorite toys
Anger ran through my veins
When I clearly saw my love and my best friend screwing
I shouted in disbelief
A true horror that will long live

My mind was so hazy
I was feeling dizzy
And my eyes were then teary
But the two knuckles were very ready
The man I love and the woman I trust
Were half-naked in my front
I forced myself not to cry
But my tears were falling from an angered twin sky.

I wanted to scream at the top of my lungs
And bite them lethally with my sharp fangs
But I decided to drove all these bad news away
Without contacting my family that will be in disarray
But my foggy eyes operated in a crystal clear
For I saw my hero, my first love, with a young girl
Heartbroken twice and disgust was an understatement
To what I felt at that very moment

Two men and a woman betrayed me whole
And I don’t know if this heart will heal from its big hole
Disgust resided within me
And I might explode from all this negativity
I drove back to my only home
For I don’t want her to be alone
There I saw her crying so hard
Trying to hide her pain in the dark

Seeing the woman I love to cry
Is a three hundred percent sore in the eyes
Sadness filled the hole in me
For I don’t know what happened to my life and this family
I wanted it to stop immediately
I’m tired of cloaking my pain with invisibility
The pain was killing me
So I tried to live with my own fantasy

A year has passed yet I’m still in a perfect blue
Oh please help me! I really want to start anew!
To stop this sadness that is long overdue
To move forward that is a hundred percent true
I’m so tired of faking this thing
I want to live like a normal human being
Same goes for the woman with grey hair
Who’s hiding from her own despair

But it’s hard to fight equally
To an enemy who is only me
Anger, disgust, and sadness
Successfully defeated my lovely joy
As I live with this kind of emotions
Phobia starts to arise with great acceleration
I want to slow down my motion
But my mind was drawn already
To the fear potion that they gave to me

As I strive to survive,
I really want joy to revive
Oh please save me from drowning
I want a normal breathing and living
Intangible despair is now stronger than before
And beating the ass of forgiveness from the shore
Too sad to say this in the mirror
That no man is capable to save me from this horror!

So I challenge myself to make a story through poem. Let's just say, branching out again? Hehe Any thoughts about it guys? I also added some drawings of mine, a portrait image of the Inside Out characters (with a twist). They're my inspiration as I type this oh so long poem.

Announcement

My friend deeday31@deeday31 and I decided to collaborate and host a poetry contest. Hope you will join! It will be officially announced either today or on New Year's Day!

Stay tuned!
