While I agree with the whole schizo rationalization knee jerk things (as it's occam's razor, and is a far easier explanation) the fact of the matter is there is technology out there and being actively developed since the MKULTRA days that is getting rolled out on people. That Robert Duncan fellow in the interview was actually responsible for developing some of the back end for the stuff he claims. It's possible he's not a misinformation agent and is actually doing a Snowden level whistle blow. Who knows, he seems genuine.

The entire thing is by design meant to mimic mental illness, and to anyone who doesn't actually dig into this stuff given the stigma of "hearing voices" is almost certainly going to raise red flags and get people schizophrenia diagnosis. Straight out the CIA handbook, get people mental health flagged so their testimony is written of as the rantings of a mad man.

Had an ex girlfriend that went schizophrenic, auto writing random words, spaztic claims that jesus was talking to her, incoherent babbling.. Shit was not pretty. :(

Sucks about the family member though. They probably more than anyone need the social / family supports, be it they are affected by some shady covert program or schizophrenia. :/
