It's state level / globalist level as far as I can tell.

The carrier waves / frey effect waves actually work on or around 2.4GHZ... Same frequency as TONS of wireless shit (and microwave ovens for that matter).

I'm not saying everyone who hears voices is getting V2K... It could very well be schizo-affective type things caused by fungal or bacterial infection in the brain.

Hero doses of niacin also seems to help for some, indicating it may actually be some sort of fungal based thing.
