Chip manufacturer AMD has just recently released this ABSOLUTE BEAST of a processor featuring an incredible 64 core architecture, which is advertised to be running at 2.9GHz with a boost 4.3GHz clock running on the sTRX4 socket with a 280w TDP. Built on the 7nm process this CPU has the most highest core count on the market currently as well as the highest price tag of any AMD processor so fair in their line up. It's specs are kind of mind blowing but expensive for what it is..

While the single thread speed is nothing really to write home about the ability to handle properly optimized multi-threaded applications is out of this world. I'd love to see a benchmark of this thing properly cooled and overclocked on a nice board running stable. Unsure if it's possible on this CPU to run all 64 cores at the advertised 4.3Ghz but it very well may be. Also the fact that this CPU is supporting PCI-E 4.0 is neat as well. Can't imagine this thing in a 4 GPU system doing machine learning or something of the like with maxxed out RAM.. Might be bloody insane!
