let me ask you, if you are an all powerful deity, the only one, and some little thing you created refuses to do your bidding.. what do you do? whine and cry about it?

or .. all those you created literally can't go against your will.

seems that latter is correct, and hell is a tool to manipulate behavior of the living.

hell is the experience of being away from God.

amazingly enough, with enough encouragement.. people turn away from God without even knowing it.

sadly enough.. many of those believe in God.. but fail to know God.. and therefor live in fear (hell).

many of the worst acts of humanity have been in fact done by those claiming to stand for god.

the righteous can be a scary bunch.

seems to me, the middle way, is the only way.

and it must be done consciously.
