i hear, before she was elected to speaker of the house.. a large part of the democrats that were elected actually ran on the platform that they would NOT vote for Nancy as speaker of the house.

then, when it came time to vote, they suddenly changed their minds.

some say Nancy has power in the form of money they get to run their campaigns. so she runs the House like.. don't toe the line, no money for you.

might be enough backlash to remove her from that position. dunno how the money works, but that seems like a problem in an of itself, to have such a dysfunctional system implements controls on who gets in, who stays.. based on how much money they get for their campaign.. and the zillion other ways they could sabotage each other.

i can't imagine wanting to play that game were everyone is trying to 'get you' .. if you don't do what they say.
