one thing I see you missed.. his spearheading of education.

the core initiative .. is a complete failure.. even saw video of bill admitting it.

fact that Bill's mother worked with the CEO of IBM .. and then IBM payed to use DOS. .. and Bill bought DOS with funds he hadn't secured yet from IBM.. some have seen this as his great gamble .. seems clearly here to be a simple business deal of some kind. the payback of which is undisclosed.

I actually helped install networking equipment given by Bill and Melinda Gate's Foundation.

it was overdone. everything. for a tiny library in a city of 3,481 (i looked it up) ..

what I mean is, they received extremely expensive and high end equipment that far exceeded their needs, like a price difference of thousands of dollars of unnecessary equipment.

my only reaction was to think by wasting his foundations money this way.. was that he was getting a kick back.

why else would a tech person not understand the needs of small library with like 4 computers.. and send them a 100 port hub? or are we to believe this is a one off mistake? can't say, only time I saw it.
