I hope he understands this as I do. I've not been sick for years, sickness requires you to go along with it. you accept it as being something that you can do nothing but suffer. I meditate. I reconnect. I know why it is happening. I've lost my way. I'm letting myself get to wrapped up in all this shit. so I pull away. and it doesn't matter how long it takes. your health is your wealth.

these numbers do much to point out the problems with the news reporting.. did you know we just went thru the worst flu season since 1918? yea that wasn't reported.
