folks without steemit's best interests in mind are problematic.

these guys.. are cut from the same cloth, and make more on each of their crap post than most that spend tons of time on theirs... by far.

i personally feel they are just using bots to upvote themselves, or organized a circle-jerk.

but it could be even worse than a simple circle-jerk...

what is to be done about folks that don't care about their stake?

what is to be done about folks that simply want steemit destroyed because it causes problems for those that seek to control free thought.

btw, bernie said free speech is an illusion that doesn't have any right to exist, and his efforts to silence anyone that disagrees with him by downvoting not only their comment but any other posts the user has (and taking away rewards that are not related to the comment).

i don't have an answer that doesn't return to censorship, which is perhaps what he is now hoping he can force, then control. but misleading people with a blockchain to reinforce Truth about what happened.. and having people that care about steemit decide what is best.

i personally feel these accounts, showing obvious abuse, should be frozen from participating, unless they agree to stop, and prove it.

i'm not against what either has to say... but I am against their raping of the rewards pool and flagging of dissenters who dare question them.

perhaps then, the answer does present itself.

we could notice when 'retaliation' is used.

we could notice when folks keep posting short quips, low quality content.

all these returns to we must trust someone to do this, I say we already have a group to decide, the witnesses.

i say downvoting folks that show problems with witnesses to be a grave offense... and if anyone is to have their account frozen... perhaps have a site wide vote... make it very public. help people understand why, prove it to us with their own content (or lack thereof).

i can show you examples of bernie telling people to kill themselves.

that, i think, is pretty messed up.

there are 'bad' people in the world, and we must account for that.
