Muk bang originally is a Korean word. 먹방 Pronounced "muk bang". Meaning of this is eating place, where people eat more than just one regular normal meal without any pressure and while they are absolutely and honestly enjoying themselves. In this place, people eat as much as they can.
So if someone only has one small size meal, it would not be called muk bang.
