El Matador , the theme of the Argentine band Los Fabulosos Cadillacs , tells the story of a man who struggles and dies in defense of the search for a better world; a man for whom ideals play an important role. The bullets he shoots are in the name of peace and justice, unlike the bullets of the one who murders him. The theme includes the epic of a fictional hero who fights against what he considers unfair. This song is not about the story of a criminal or a bandit, but about a man who fights and loses his life in defense of equality, freedom and fraternity, in the style of many Latin American liberators
Undoubtedly the most important song in the history of The Fabulous Cadillacs and a fighting anthem.
I hope you enjoy it, just as I do it! and remember if you like give me your vote or a comment.
