Gave up Smoking cigarettes Cold Turkey, i have given up before using Cold Turkey and feel its the way to go! No pussy patches/gum just good old fashioned cold turkey - i am up to day 3...still smoking weed but have cut that back a bit as well lately

We won Basketball tonight in a close game, i shot like a lepper from 3 point range 0 - 8 maybe?? but i did better from the charity stripe going 7 from 10. Good for our team to get to 6-1 on the season to date
