Yes, most definitely! The increased amount of plastic in the world has been a problem for a while, and there are many solutions like reusing plastic bags and recycling bottles, perhaps the best solution so far is using biodegradable packaging, such as packages made with mushrooms or other food material, like wheat, so animals can eat it if it falls into the ocean.  While this is the most effective method, most companies have not implemented something like that to replace their packaging.
