Oh dear lord, what a saga! One of our accounts, and it may have been the same exchange, we got locked out of for reasons I cant remember now. We had to go through a similar palaver but luckily only one picture with handwritten sign and govt ID in the picture. And then a time lag before we, luckily, got back in!
