The park is like 20x the size of what you see in the photo, mostly low cut grass areas with lots of trees and picnic tables, even has a miniature train ride that operates in peak holiday times.
Like most playgrounds in NZ there are free sheltered BBQ Cooking tables dotted around the place, we sometimes use this park for the children's Christmas presents day.
