Mushrooms from the forest.
Mushrooms, which in my hometown are called "Ta kai Mushrooms" and occur naturally. It has a spherical shape. Color is white and green. The charm of this kind is fragrant. Popularly used to make chili paste dishes to eat with hot rice and is delicious. Usually occurs during the rainy season, around July-August. Grows in humid areas. Mushrooms are natural protein foods.

เห็ดซึ่งในบ้านเกิดของฉันเรียกว่า "เห็ดตะไคล" และเกิดขึ้นตามธรรมชาติ มีลักษณะเป็นทรงกลมจะมีสีขาวและสีเขียว เสน่ห์ของเห็ดชนิดนี้มีกลิ่นหอม นิยมนำมาทำน้ำพริกทานคู่กับข้าวสวยร้อน ๆ อร่อยมาก ๆ และมักเกิดขึ้นในฤดูฝน ประมาณเดือนกรกฎาคม-สิงหาคม ชอบเติบโตในพื้นที่ชื้น เห็ดเป็นอาหารที่มีโปรตีนจากธรรมชาติ
