After coming back to Thailand for a few months, the covid has already spread. I went in November, when the weather in Luang Prabang was cool. It is a city that is not busy, full of traditional culture, living a slow life in Luang Prabang. It is a calm, simple city, offering glutinous rice alms in the morning. There is a temple in Wiang Thong There is a beautiful museum.
The roads here are very clean, and looking at the place is similar to Vietnam. I like it best in cold weather People lead an unhurried life.
