今天周三白班会把各楼层中转站整体卫生作为重点处理，从货架顶部到地面所有工具物品进行清洗归位使环境保持清洁整齐；3楼是孙豪兄弟处理的完毕后通知我进行检查，，进入中转站感觉就像到了“新华书店”整体卫生摆台井然有序，同时还主动把三楼房间里所有不锈钢卫生进行了处理，在没有安排的情况家自动自发工作，像这样的员工是值得开会表扬奖励值得大家学习。e

今天在1楼前台值班一位坐着轮椅的女客人刚从楼上下来，这是我和保安部的家人们一起帮助他的朋友们安全的“着落”到车场。这时刚巧伟哥也看到，并马上让我到前台拿两个毛绒玩具要赠送给这位女客人，拿到后伟哥小跑到车场很热情的双手递上。可以看出客人很出乎意料显得很开心的样子。后来明白伟哥的意思，像这样的客人在此情况还选择了我们，也是对我们的认同和支持，也反应出我们平时对客人的关注和服务的态度。Y

今天我自己联系的是直接卖保险的公司，并且说自己是“业务员”，已业务员的身份买就会有优惠（听一位老大哥说的），然后我把行车证，身份证，以及需要选择买的商业保险，以及选择最近低一点返点的保险公司，最后会给你一个报价单，中间其实有很多的抽成，以前的可能业务员会从中间抽取一部分。最后达成共识而且还有不少优惠，全部完毕后，还问我什么时候有时间安排人把保险送过来。感觉自己对购买保险又进一步了解！]
