I think the lack of moral decorum in today's society is to be blamed for the high rate of tape in the society. With each passing year certain behaviours and acts have gone from being tabbooed to being the "in thing" and the trend. Assuming we're only talking about rape in the sense of a man being the perpetrator and a woman being the victim, we have to look at the issue of how ladies dress these days.

In today's society it's ok to wear clothes that reveal a significant portion of your body or to wear clothes without any undergarments like bras or panties and this has basically fueled the sexual urges of today's youths, primarily the men.

Lets not excuse the fact that the men of today lack the kind of moral integrity that those of yesteryears possessed and as such alot of them don't see rape as such a bad thing, they'll probably end up saying things like 'she wanted it any way'. Today's youths often operate under the guise of being liberal minded and use that as an excuse for all their immoral acts.

The situation can only be fixed when people start to abandon this false mindset that is liberalism and hold take up the morals of previous generations.
