The water level in the fishponds are getting high. The reason is due to rainy season. It also rises during high tide. Aside from that, the rain from the mountains are getting to our province that's why river water level is also going up. Fishponds are also affected because they're connected to the rivers.
Sometimes the water even covers the road thus the flood because of high tide. I'm glad the road was elevated already.
Talking about the fish ponds, it's one of the biggest source of revenue to our town. Aside from Dagupan City and Lingayen, where I currently live, Binmaley (my hometown and where the pictures are taken) has the largest areas with fishponds.
