Today's Thanksgiving is very impacting, as alot was taught and learnt as alot of people gave what they understood from the teaching and thanksgiving services, hence here is what I was able to gain from the lesson as well.
We are human being made of human that is liable and bounded by with to do mistakes, hence no body on earth is above doing mistakes, hence Proverb 1:24-25 address this issue with the act of taking correction from our previous mistakes, furthermore this verse warn against not taking correction which is the wisdom in all we do, hence not taking correction can lead to consequences will weight us human down
Hence as we are abiding to the word of God, there is need for us to keep on doing God's will as John 4:34 entails we are main to fulfill one's purpose. Also in 1 Corinthians 1:9 entails how faithful God is in place of fulfilling our needs, hence this reminds us of the need to follow God's doctrine always.
Timothy 3:15 entails us the need and the importance of the church as it has to do with God's doctrine, hence the church of God is more like the pillar and as well the foundation that the truth is built on, hence while we dwell in the church 1 Timothy 6:11 encourage us as the believers to be after the righteousness, caring for one another being good enduring all circumstance that come across our ways as we dwell in strongly in faith.
While dwelling on faith we Christians are expected to discipline our mind and configure it towards spreading and teaching the word of God to all people around us and unto our reach. Hence also in Ephesians 4:24 entails us to behave like what we are in Christ Jesus as we are meant to be righteous and as well holy.
• John 6:27 in this verse through Jesus that we are main to do thing more spiritually over the physical things.
• Matthew 24:24 let us know that we ought to take every God's teaching seriously.
• 1 Timothy 3:15 account the reasons while we ought to take charge of the church and gospel of christ
• Roman 12:9 Enlighten us that we ought the seek for love and not evil
•2 Thessalonians 4:11 encourage us to live a quiet live, in place to promote peace.
•1 John 2:29 Entails us that we are mainly to live a righteous life that stands for truth.
In a nutshell, today's lesson was covers the part of wisdom, faithfulness, being truthfulness, obedience and as well righteousness, hence the essence of the teaching is to build and guide our spiritual life in alignment with our faith in other to achieve the purpose while we are here on earth, doing all this show how moral and spiritual we are in doing God's Work.
