Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. Hebrews 12:2 (KJV)
Anything that takes you from a position of worship, peace, joy; from the place where you have a consciousness of the presence of GOD; a place where there is an inward moving of the power of GOD, that makes you able to lift yourself up above the world and the happenings of life; anything that tries to shift your focus off GOD must be dethroned.
Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life. He holds your times in His hands and He knows how your life is to play out. The course of your life, the detours, the bends and the cross roads are all known to Him. He can be trusted to lead you because He knows All things. But you have to keep your focus and your mind stayed on Him in order to see the full picture of the beautiful future He has for you.
