Bro. Eli Soriano’s teaching on the topic “Is Ideology Biblical?” is quite eye-opening. He explains that ideology systems of beliefs or ideas created by people, like capitalism or socialism is not the same as the teachings that come from God. While ideologies often come from culture, politics, or personal opinions, the Bible is based on divine truth. According to Bro. Eli, ideologies might try to solve human problems, but they can’t match the wisdom and guidance that come from the Word of God.
He goes further to explain that the Bible doesn’t promote any human-made ideology. Instead, it offers God’s instructions, which are perfect and unchanging. Bro. Eli uses Bible verses to show that God’s thoughts are higher than ours, and warns that when people mix ideologies with the teachings of the Bible, it leads to confusion and false beliefs just like how the Pharisees added their own traditions and made God’s Word ineffective.
In the end, Bro. Eli encourages Christians to focus only on what the Bible says, and not to follow man-made ideas that might sound smart but have no spiritual value. For him, real wisdom comes from God, not from ideology. His message is simple but powerful: stay grounded in Scripture, because that’s where the truth is.
