I just finished a 10.41km running that lasted about 1hh:17mm:46.0ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was cool and wet at 26 degree celsius after a raining session. I ran 10km at easy pace at the park near my place. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee and a piece of dark chocolate 30 minutes before my training.
