I just finished a 5.275km running that lasted about 0hh:35mm:32.0ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was very warm at 30 degree Celsius. I went to Likas Sports Complex and ran 5km at tempo pace (6.45km/min). As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
