I just finished a 4.103km run that lasted about 0hh:29mm:56ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was perfect at 26 degree Celsius after a short raining session. I ran 3km at easy pace (tapping) at the park near my place which was the final training before this Sunday's race at the East Coast of my home town at Sandakan. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
