I just finished a 3.505km run that lasted about 0hh:24mm:35ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was perfect at 30 degree celsius, so I ran an easy 3.5km at Likas Sports Complex. Many people at the sports complex because it didn't rain today. I felt dehydrated due to hot and humid weather especially after the monsoon season at my hometown.
