I just finished a 8.303km run that lasted about 1hh:2mm:22ss !
Hi guys, today's weather was perfect at 29 degree celsius after a raining session. I ran an easy 8km at the park and surprisingly very less people i think due to public holiday. As usual 1 cup of long black coffee accompanied by a 1 piece of dark chocolate.
