Amazing to hear! And I truly would love to see her happiness when she gets to eat that toast. ;) It truly is sad that we commercialized so many things. Bread is truly a work of art when done the old way.

I can see how that would make a difference. Einkorn flour is an ancient grain....the way grains should be. It hasn't been over hybridized/changed through the years. I love using ancient grain flours. The

It is so yummy. We even like it just plain on a spoon! But there are so many uses for it. Oxymels are also a great use and I'll be going over that soon in an upcoming post. :)
