I got on the Shinkansen MAX TOKI. It runs between Tokyo and Niigata as the Joetsu Shinkansen.
新幹線のMAXときに乗りました。
上越新幹線として東京・新潟間を走っています。

Passenger seats are second floor seats.
Although it is a rare Shinkansen on the second floor seat, it will be discontinued in 2020 unfortunately.
客席は2階建てになっています。
2階建ての珍しい新幹線ですが、残念ながら2020年で廃止となります。
