Those of you who have shifted from their hometown to somewhere new will be able to relate to this painting more. Living in the cities have their own benefits and memory buckets, and are quite different from the ones living in the villages. We are much aware of the difference, however, each holds beautiful memories to it.

Youthful days are unforgettable, let it be lived in the cities or in the villages. While traveling I was able to collect many memories which now behave as a fundamental structure for my paintings to reside in. The youthful days of children living in the village being the prime focus of my painting, the serene environment was another that I tried to pull off. You may wonder why this?

The reason behind it lies in collective memories. Where we live always determines our nature and behavior with the outside world. The outside world plays a major role in shaping what we become. The children walking together while glancing back showcases their nature. Nature of being cautious. Nothing ever is still as a painting other than photographs. The aesthetics of the serene beauty along with the naive children walking by is innocent to me. Can such days ever be returned? No, they can only be captured.

The depiction of the serene beauty of villages through the structure of their houses is displayed in this section of the painting. My strokes are intentionally rough. Not many hues are used, instead, shades and tints are used. Less hatching and more colors create a soothing watercolor painting, in my definition.

The scene of three children walking away depicts the nature of communication in villages. The people living in the villages are more social than the ones living in the town, however, the scale varies from person to person, and from place to place. And obviously their upbringing.
