I decided to look at some snowflakes :) The pictures are taken through a Olympus microscope using the 10x magnifier lens. (100x total). As a filter i cut out a circle from a pair of old polarizing sunglasses. After several failed attempts resulting in the crystals melting, i got about 170 good images. Here are a few of them. Pictures are taken in Elverum, Norway. December 2018.
