This whole quality vs. quantity thing makes sense in Splinterlands. On some occasions, quality will be more appropriate depending on the available resources; on others, quantity will make more sense. I shared a recent battle discussing this—just scroll down my feed and you’ll find it—but today I’ve brought another battle. This one, without a doubt, makes much more sense and proves that quantity is more efficient than quality on certain occasions. The key point of this battle was that my opponent played like an experienced player and, despite having few options to build a team for this battle, put together a very efficient team by betting on the quantity of monsters. My opponent came in with just 2 monsters—great monsters—and although my choices weren’t as refined as his, they still weren’t terrible monsters. My opponent’s choice wasn’t bad. The rule where all monsters on the field had the Bloodlust ability required the monsters to be good, since quantity here could only strengthen the rival—the more monsters he defeated, the stronger he would become.
